The next class in the Art of Herbalism series is on Herbal Baths, Steams, and Fomentations! If you’d like to learn more about incorporating herbs topically for skin, lungs, and more, join us!

Herbalism was once an important part of agrarian culture often using herbs for to augment food and heal the mind, body, and spirit. Learn to integrate herbal remedies into daily life with wild weeds and herbs to heal and nourish. The Art of Herbalism is an ongoing series that focuses on the medicine- or remedy-making aspect of herbalism. It is offered in the region to improve community health and to integrate traditional methods of healing with conventional medical care. Leah Wolfe, MPH, will lead the classes. She is a community herbalist and health educator at the Trillium Center (trilliumcenter.org) in Conneaut, Ohio. Class fee is $25, which includes an herbal remedy to take home.
