The Herbal Field Intensives are 3-day educational retreats in the woods or fields to learn about regional plants in different parts of Ohio.

Lodging
We will reserve a tipi or cabin for the weekend that includes wood heat, solar showers, and more. Details will be provided after the pre-registration period has ended and reservations have been confirmed.
Food
Food will be provided, however you will be expected to help with the preparation as part of the learning experience to integrate wild foods and herbs into meals. After the pre-registration period has ended, participants will help guide food choices so we have food that everyone can enjoy.
Fees
The pre-registration fee of $50 is due on or before February 1 to ensure that we are able to reserve a tipi or cabin. The registration fee of $145 is due on or before March 15. These fees cover 6 meals, lodging for 2 nights, educational supplies, trainer’s travel and fee. Pre-register now: https://www.artful.ly/events/7926
Scholarships
Two partial scholarships are available for people with cooking experience. They will be expected to help with meal planning before the event and preparation during the event. Each scholarship is $100. Those rewarded are still required to pay the $50 pre-registration fee and $45 toward the registration fees.
