Last month, the Serpentine Project, a monthly plant study group at the Trillium Center studied the medicinal, emotional, and energetic properties of horsetail. They studied Equisetum arvense, a common plant throughout the northern hemisphere.
They learned that horsetail is calming for the nervous system and good for the bones, hair, and teeth.
