Stinging Nettle

Urtica_dioicaOur herbalist, Leah Wolfe, writes about the results from the serpentine project study group at serpentine-project.org. It is a monthly study group where participants learn to identify the medicinal qualities of common plants using direct experience: taste, touch, smell, and using mindfulness to notice physiological, emotional, or spiritual effects. They do not know what the plant is during this process, but somehow they are able to determine how they might use this plant.
