Healing Emotions and Trauma with Herbs
August 21, 7 PM
Shadybrook, East Shore Universalist Unitarian Church, 10848 Chillicothe Rd., Kirtland, OH 44094

Eastern philosophies teach us that we are not our emotions, but in the west, we live in a society that provides little room to express our emotions, much less understand them. Humans and animals have always used herbs therapeutically to heal the body.  Herbs carry subtle energies that also help the mind and spirit heal. Leah Wolfe will lead exercises to increase intuitive abilities when working with herbs and will introduce us to a few plants that will support the healing process. Suggested donation: $10.
